According to § 20 para. 1 sentence 5 of the general part (part A) of the examination regulations for all Bachelor's degree programs (BPO) or § 24 para. 1 sentence 5 of the general part (part A) of the examination regulations for all attendance Master's degree programs (MPO) of the Emden/Leer University of Applied Sciences, the final thesis must be submitted in electronic form. For this purpose, we provide Moodle course rooms for uploading for the respective faculties or departments. The Enrolment and Examination Office will make the thesis available to your examiners in digital form.

If you have an external thesis with a non-disclosure agreement, please refer to the following information sheet; you will also find a template for the non-disclosure agreement here:

Please encrypt only the external theses with a non-disclosure agreement on the following page and upload the encrypted document to Moodle:

If the thesis is to be published, you will find the forms for the recommendation or declaration of consent for publication here:

  • Online-Portal – If you do not yet have access data for the online portal, please contact the "IT Service Desk" in room T 123 (Emden).

If you are a student and are pregnant, have recently given birth or are breastfeeding your child, you are entitled to maternity leave.
In order for the university to protect you adequately, please report your pregnancy to the Matriculation and Examination Office as soon as possible.
