The Language Centre is a central institution and supports students who, in addition to their course of study, would like to learn a new foreign language or expand and consolidate their existing foreign language skills.

Our courses are mainly aimed at students whose degree programme includes one semester at a foreign university or an internship abroad. Furthermore, students of all subject areas can take part in our courses, provided that there are still places available. The International Office also organizes German language courses at all levels.

Attention: Some courses require a placement test. At the beginning of the semester, you should contact the respective language lecturers to find out when the placement test will take place.

Class times for all courses can be found in the current timetable of the semester group concerned. Any changes in the timetable during the semester will be announced  on Infosys.
