Service Agreements

In the event of any issues (rejections, requests for changes from supervisors, etc.) regarding any of the service agreements, we are happy to provide you with support (-1733 and any PR member).

With the new employment agreements on working time regulations as well as remote work and mobile work, the old, rigid core hours for individuals are being replaced by flexible functional/service hours for teams. Together with the familiar flexible flex-time arrangements and the “new” opportunities for mobile work and telework, these provide everyone with the flexibility to balance family, leisure, and work in an even more personalized way. The major challenge for the teams will now be to align work responsibilities and university-wide collaboration with the personal preferences of team members. “Having flexibility” and “being flexible” must be carefully balanced against one another. If we can bring everything into harmony, it will strengthen our sense of community, our social interactions, and our resilience. Put the people who work and study at the university at the center of your actions. Take this opportunity to reinvent your workplaces and organizational structures. Let’s embark on this journey together.
