Workshops

Would you like to learn new skills, understand a specific technique from the ground up, or do you need help with your project? At the FabLab, we offer hands-on courses on a flexible, on-demand basis —as soon as enough people express interest in a topic, we’ll plan the appropriate workshop.

Don’t need a group, just quick help with a specific problem? If you have a single question—for example, help with your first CAD design or tips on soldering—we’ll support you directly, one-on-one, right here in the lab, without you having to wait for an official workshop.

Our topics available upon request:

  • CAD (Computer-Aided Design): Creating digital 3D models for printing or milling.
  • CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing): Preparing 3D data for the CNC milling process.
  • 3D Printing: Proper use of slicer software, FDM and SLA printers, and material selection.
  • Laser Cutting: Creating vector graphics and safely cutting/engraving various materials.
  • Soldering: Basics of electronics, assembling circuit boards, and achieving clean solder joints.
  • Microcontrollers: Programming and circuit design with Arduino, ESP32, and similar devices.
  • Welding & Metalworking: Basic techniques in metalworking and joining.

Are you interested in a specific topic or need one-on-one help?

Send us an email or stop by Room T57. Just let us know what topic interests you—we’ll collect requests for group workshops or set up a one-on-one session on the spot!
