If you study at our University of Applied Sciences Emden/Leer, you can apply for accommodation at the local residence hall before your arrive in Emden. There is one fully-furnished student dormitory, called “Steinweg 20”. Residence halls in Emden are not managed by the University of Applied Sciences Emden/Leer, but by an independent organization, the Studentenwerk. Therefore the International Office is not in a position to guarantee an accommodation in such dorms.

Please note that move-in times are limited due to semester dates.

Find more information here: Studentenwerk Oldenburg.

If you study at our campus in Leer, the local private housing market provides various accommodation options for you.

If you decide for a private accommodation please feel free to search at following links (e.g. local newspaper, internet):

Please note that private rooms do not always offer free and convenient internet access or washing facilities.
