It is very important to us that your concerns are treated confidentially and that you do not suffer any disadvantages as a result, which is why we are subject to the statutory duty of confidentiality.
Our general tasks include all social, personnel or economic matters that directly or indirectly affect you young people and trainees in the office.
In important discussions with your trainer or supervisor (e.g. debates, warnings, etc.), you have the right to take one of us with you to support you verbally or non-verbally.
A visit to us counts as working time, even if you only need advice or want to speak up.
