You can change your address yourself at any time via the online portal for students.
If you do not yet have access data to the online portal, please contact the IT department in room T 123 (study location Emden) or visit the website https://www.hs-emden-leer.de/hochschule/organisation/einrichtungen/rechenzentrum/hochschul-login .
We are happy to accept your requests for changes to your personal information. This may concern your name or even your gender. Just come by our office, bring suitable proof and we will arrange everything else.
According to § 20 para. 1 sentence 5 of the general part (part A) of the examination regulations for all Bachelor's degree programs (BPO) or § 24 para. 1 sentence 5 of the general part (part A) of the examination regulations for all attendance Master's degree programs (MPO) of the Emden/Leer University of Applied Sciences, the final thesis must be submitted in electronic form. For this purpose, we provide Moodle course rooms for uploading for the respective faculties or departments. The Enrolment and Examination Office will make the thesis available to your examiners in digital form.

For some of you, the exam period begins a more stressful time than for others because you are studying with impairment/chronic illness and encounter some barriers. This can make studying more difficult. However, you have the possibility to apply for a disadvantage compensation!
Bachelor and Master students please register for examinations via the online portal for students within the following registration deadlines.
Note: Illness on the day of the exam
As every semester, the examination period will soon begin again. Please note that in the event of illness on the day of the examination, an original medical certificate stating the duration of the inability to take the examination must be submitted to the Examinations Office without delay and must not be issued later than on the day of the examination.

Withdrawal from examinations
Examination registration for a written examination can be withdrawn in the ecampus portal by the end of the calendar day before the examination at the latest. In all other cases, the registration and deregistration periods published by the respective department apply.
