You can change your address yourself at any time via the online portal for students.

If you do not yet have access data to the online portal, please contact the IT department in room T 123 (study location Emden) or visit the website https://www.hs-emden-leer.de/hochschule/organisation/einrichtungen/rechenzentrum/hochschul-login section "Forgotten your password in Corona times?".

We are happy to accept your requests for changes to your personal information. This may concern your name or even your gender. Just come by our office, bring suitable proof and we will arrange everything else.

 

You can retrieve your enrollment certificate for the current semester at any time via the online portal for students. If you need certificates for past semesters, please contact the Admission and Examination Office.

You can view your grades at any time via the online portal for students as well as print out certificates of achievement.

Bachelor and Master students please register for examinations via the online portal for students within the following registration deadlines.

Since the winter semester 2017/18 the compulsory registration has been abolished, please keep this in mind when registering for your exams.

Registration for the 2nd examination phase is only possible during the corresponding registration period.

Examinations and repetitions of lectures from Dept. N are offered in both examination phases.
Each examination from each semester is offered either in the 1st or in the 2nd examination phase.
The registration deadlines are cut-off deadlines! After the deadline, admission is only possible upon written application to the examination board for a valid reason.

A stay outside Emden or private online registration problems are not valid reasons.

Subsequent registrations and withdrawals after the registration deadline will not be accepted without exception and without regard to the reason. If technical difficulties arise during registration, please contact the examination office immediately (and not on the last day)!

For some of you, the exam period begins a more stressful time than for others because you are studying with impairment/chronic illness and encounter some barriers. This can make studying more difficult. However, you have the possibility to apply for a disadvantage compensation!
