Every student receives a student card at the beginning of their studies.

The CampusCard has the following functions:

• Student ID
• Semesterticket
• Library card
• Wallet (for paying in the cafeteria and the CaféLounge)
• Locker key (library)
• Print / copy card.

The wallet function of the CampusCard, is subject to the terms of use for participation in cashless payment transactions of the Studierendenwerk Oldenburg.

You can apply for a replacement card using the replacement campus card application in the Admission and Examination Office.

The replacement card is free of charge in cases of

• name change
• electronic defect with optically undamaged card
• Theft with police report
• in particularly well-founded cases of hardship

In all other cases such as

• loss
• Theft without police report
• Damage due to improper use

a fee of 15,00 € will be charged.

Any remaining amount of your CampusCard can be paid out with the application for a refund (Antrag auf Restbetragrückerstattung)
