From 26 - 30 April 2027 the University of Applied Sciences Emden/Leer will host the 7th International Staff Training Week with the topic "New Horizons and Challenges in University Life". This event is designed, inter alia, for staff members of international ERASMUS+ (partner-) universities and offers a wide program such as individual workshops as well as an interesting cultural program.

The participants will be divided into different special interest groups which will be offered by the Computer Center, the Knowledge and Technology Transfer Office, the Library,  the International Office, the Staff Council, the Career-Service and the Faculties of Technology (Mechanical Engineering) and Business Studies.

Apart from the informative workshops, the traditional East Frisian tea ceremony at the city hall, the excursion to the Meyer Shipyard as well as the daytrip within the region of East Frisia will be the highlights of the week.
