FabLab

Laboratory for Student Projects

Our FabLab (Fabrication Laboratory) is a creative space for anyone who wants to bring their own ideas to life. Whether it’s for a semester project, your thesis, or your own prototypes in your free time: Here, you can turn your ideas into real objects.

Here, you’ll have free access to modern manufacturing technologies such as 3D printers, laser cutters, CNC mills, and electronics workstations. You don’t need any prior knowledge or a technical degree—we’ll show you step by step how to safely operate the equipment.

Use of these facilities is free for all students and staff at the University of Applied Sciences Emden/Leer.
