The Academic Cloud of Lower Saxony offers all students and employees of the University the opportunity to store data of up to 50 GB in an independent university cloud free of charge in order to share and edit files with other users, groups or project communities.

Files can also be edited offline and synchronized the next time the Internet is accessed.

The following requirements are necessary to access the Academic Cloud:

• University login data
• An internet connection

Access to the cloud can take place in various ways:

• Via the website https://academiccloud.de
• Via Apps for Android and iOS
• Via desktop apps for Windows, MacOS and Linux
