All members of the Emden/Leer University of Applied Sciences have access to Microsoft 365 with their university account. To do this, go to the page
and log in with your e-mail address and your university password.
A second factor is set up at the first login. We recommend using the Microsoft Authenticator, but other software tokens and hardware tokens will also work. Staff members are provided with a corresponding hardware token, students must purchase this themselves and have it linked to their account by the HRZ.
If you would like to use a hardware token, please FIRST send an email to hrz-support(at)hs-emden-leer.de with your request and wait for a reply on how to proceed.
