New Service Portal

We strive to make our range of services available to you as easily as possible. That is why we have replaced our previous service portal with a simpler access point. In future, there will no longer be different forms for requesting various support services, but only three ways:

Set up account (replace one-time password)

If you are new to the university and would like to start using your university account, you must first change the one-time password of the HRZ to a regular password. This password must be at least 12 characters long and meet at least three of the following four criteria:

The password must

  • at least one lower case letter,
  • at least one capital letter,
  • at least one number and
  • contain at least one special character
