We are a small, cozy campus university in two towns – with our campus in Emden, the Maritime Campus Leer, and the Business Campus Leer. For you, this means short distances and a personal and accessible study atmosphere.
Two in one: In the town of Leer the Maritime Campus and the Business Campus are located in Leer. At the Maritime Campus Leer you will become an expert in the fields of nautical science, marine/environmental technology, shipping management and much more. The Business Campus Leer is part of the Faculty of Business Sciences: Right in the center of Leer up close to the success formulae of international business AND your career.

Application and Admission Requirements:
At Emden/Leer, the Student Counselling Service supports prospective students with a foreign university entrance qualification regarding questions about the application procedure and admission requirements. This also includes information on required German language skills for studying in Emden or Leer.
Important note: Since the University of Applied Sciences Emden/Leer does not offer preparatory German language courses, prospective students need to inform themselves of respective German course offers in their home countries in due time.
