With E.L.M.I. you can add as much literature or experimental data as you want to each single image. In the image beyond you see the software interface which combines both, the data file and the application (capable of displaying that data file) into the corresponding annotation file of the image.

With this method, you can associate any data of any third-party application to your image, as far as the third-party application is able to be launched with that datafile.

If you need this data for publication purposes, you do not need to search anymore. Just have a right-mouse click to the image and choose this dialog to launch that data
