How do I apply for a place as a student?

You can apply online or in writing to Hochschule Emden/Leer.

Examinations which you have already passed at another university may count towards your studies in Emden or Leer. Please submit this application form to the relevant examination committee.

Pre-study Internship:

Information on whether an internship is required before embarking on your studies is available from the Overwiew of individual study programmes.

Detailed information on the nature and extent of the internship can be seen in the Regulations for pre-study internships.

In order to lighten the workload especially in the first semesters, applicants are strongly advised to complete any internship before taking up their studies.
